Shillong United FC smashed 7-1 victory over Royal Wahingdoh
In the last league match of the Shillong Premier League Shillong, United FC came back from a goal down to outclassed Royal Wahingdoh 7-1 played at Polo Ground.
Royal Wahingdoh took the lead in the 15th minute through Marbiangki Suchiang but the lead was maintained for only for a minute as Donborlang Nongkynrih made a sliding touch to finish the ball into the net after the restart.
Rapborlang Marwein added the second for Shillong United in the 22nd minute and at the end of the first session, score line was 2-1 in favor of Shillong United FC.
The second half was all Shillong United´s. Nongkynrih gave a 3-1 lead to his side in the 48th minute and added his third in the 87th minute to complete the hat trick.
Hawnidamonmi Dkhar scored the hat-trick as well with his goals coming in the 68, 73 and 90+1 minute for Shillong United.
With the win, Shillong United FC finish the season in the 6th place with 16 points from 14 games while Royal Wahingdoh ends up losing all the 14 matches, a miserable position for any football club.
Nongkynrih and Hawnidamonmi Dkhar scored a hat trick each to slam Royal Wanhindoh in the final league encounter.....
