India U17 Goalkeeper, Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem, has caught attention from worldwide football academies with his impressive performance in the recently concluded FIFA U17 World Cup.
The 16-year-old Indian custodian managed to attract a month-long trial offer from Scottish Club Motherwell FC. There is also news that number of top European clubs showing an interest in him after his performances in U17 World Cup.
The young custodian who dreamed to sign in a foreign club is said to be agreed to take the month-long trial offer from Motherwell FC.
Dheeraj is contracted with the AIFF until the end of this year but he is expected to pack his bags to join the trials after talking with AIFF management at the end of current season.
However, it will not be easy for the young goalkeeper to just pack his bags and move as he has to do all the home works for documentation and other conditions applied for footballers to qualify for a work permit.
