In the process of strengthening its squad for upcoming season Mohammedan Sporting Club signed in talented North East duo.
Mohammedan Sporting Club signed in Kilp Namgyal and Sonam Sherpa for the upcoming season I-league second season sources confirmed.
Kilp Namgyal is Germany´s Deutsches Fußball Internat (Academy) trained defensive midfielder who was playing for Shillong based Royal Wahingdoh.
Kilp spent a season with Tus Koblenz in 2013 and has a strong base with European training. Mohammedan Sorting is looking to make full use of his knowledge and skill.
Sonam Chong Sherpa is versatile forwards player and was playing his thread with Royal Wahingdoh. Sonam has a great track record with Royal Wahingdoh with a hat trick in Shillong Invitational Football Tournament.
Speaking to Goalie, Indian Football Management co-founder, Nawang Bhutia said, “Kilp and Sonam both are has the potential to grow in Football market, I wish them luck.”
He further added, “North East has the unexplored talents that need to be captured and natured and the signing of talents like Kilp and Sonam will boost the moral and confidence of their co-mates.”
